Change of Baton
| Ayo-Bello to him on the 16th October, 2023 and other proper passing of baton which was done in the first week of his assumption. Mr. Stephen O. Oladejo is a well seasoned administrator who had acquired numerous skills and experiences in Hospital Administration and had been chosen to provide administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the Hospital. An investiture service which was held for him on the 23rd October, 2023 at the George Green Auditorium, BUTH to officially confer him as the Director of Administration.The guest preacher, Rev.d Dr. Thomas Niyi-Ojo, Conference President, Ogbomoso Baptist Conference at the investiture service gave a short exhortation titled APPOINTED FOR A PURPOSE and read from Titus 1:1-5. He stated that a life without purpose is a life without direction and control and such a life is useless. He used the following to charge the new Director of Administration as his guidance; That BUTH should remain a mission Hospital where responsibilities are carried out in fairness and truth; That BUTH must not collapse under his watch but he should do everything to improve the legacy being laid down. In addition, the Hospital should experience more progress in his time. |

- That he should give special attention to staff welfare, so as to retain competent hands in the Hospital
- To ensure zero tolerance to inefficiency and eradicate poor attitudes of staff to patients and patients relatives
- That he should use his experience to connect the Hospital to donors
- To encourage harmonious relationship and team work among members of staff
- To be a man of integrity that resist all acts of corruption.
Rev.d Dr. Thomas Niyi-Ojo further encouraged all members of staff to ensure maximum support, cooperation, team work and harmony at their various duty posts. The investiture service was concluded with a bible presentation to the new Director of Administration and the service was witness by the Hospital Principal officers, members of staff, family and well-wishers.
